When you engage with HHM and submit your work history in the course of dealing with us, we need to know certain key information including, however not limited to, your name, address, occupation, job title, e-mail address, NRIC No., citizenship, telephone/fax number, photo, education details, employment history, next of kin information, other possible personal/financial information such as bank account details, date of birth and interests (hereinafter referred to as your “personal data”). The processing of your personal data (collectively referred to as “personal data”) is how we do our job. Please note without this information we will not be able to fully present your candidacy application and provide our services.
Generally, we collect Personal Data in the following ways:
(a) when you submit any forms, including but not limited to resumes, application or declaration forms;
(b) when you interact with our staff, for example, via telephone calls, skype, face-to-face meetings and emails;
(c) when you use our website to apply for a certain position;
(d) when you request that we contact you or be included in an email or other mailing list;
(e) when you respond to our initiatives or any request for additional Personal Data;
(f) when you are contacted by, and respond to, our staff;
(g) when we receive references from business partners and third parties who may have referred you;
(h) when you submit your Personal Data to us for any other reasons.
We do not at our website automatically collect Personal Data unless you provide such information or provide your account credentials.
If you provide us with any Personal Data relating to a third party (e.g. information of your spouse, children, parents, and/or employees), by submitting such information to us, you represent to us that you have obtained the consent of the third party to provide us with their Personal Data for the respective purposes.
You should ensure that all Personal Data submitted to us is complete, accurate, true and correct. Failure on your part to do so may result in our inability to provide you with the Products and Services you have requested.
2. How we use your personal data
HHM may, if necessary, process your personal data for various purposes including processing your job and/or visa applications, for recruitment, internal administration, applying for health insurance, opening of bank accounts, payroll programs purposes and/or providing other services or activities as may be required and allowed under law. We may, if necessary, also process your personal data for purposes of evaluation, research and development, and administration.
We may share your work history with our corporate clients and business partners in the course of our business for the above purposes.
3. How we protect your information
HHM has various security procedures and technical measures to protect your personal data from any loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized or accidental access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. All employees and data processors who have access to and are associated with the processing of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your personal data.
4. Accessing and correcting your personal data
Under the Personal Data Protection laws, you have the rights to request access to, correct and/or update your personal data unless compliance of such request is specifically refused under the laws.
5. Your consent
We may transfer your personal data to other countries in the course of conducting our business and providing our services and to our subsidiaries, affiliates, associates and business partners. By submitting your personal data and/or the continued use of our services, you consent to these transfers.

This Data Protection Policy and your use of this website shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
